厦门市雨水利用规划探讨

Research on Rainwater Utilization Planning in Xiamen City

本文结合厦门市的自然地理环境，介绍了其水资源现状，探讨了城市雨水利用与用地布局、绿地、水系和道路等城市规划要素的统筹协调。以期通过雨水利用规划的编制，在厦门市逐步推行雨水利用制度，逐年减少雨洪对厦门市的威胁，削减雨水污染负荷，改善水体环境，进一步缓解对优质水资源的需求。

Based on the natural and geographic environment of Xiamen City, the paper introduced the water resources condition, and discussed the coordination of urban rainwater utilization with urban planning elements as land layout, greenbelt, river and road, etc. It hoped to reduce the threat of flood and the load of rainwater pollution of Xiamen City, improve the water environment and further release the demand pressure for excellent water resources through drawing up rainwater utilization planning, implementing rainwater utilization system step by step.
