冷刺激吞咽训练＋吞咽障碍治疗仪治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的疗效观察

Clinical observation of cold stimulation swallowing training combined with deglutition disorder therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of swallowing disorder after stroke

目的 探讨冷刺激吞咽训练＋吞咽障碍治疗仪治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的治疗效果.方法 将160例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者按入院顺序分为康复组80例、对照组80例,康复组采用冷刺激吞咽训练＋吞咽障碍治疗仪进行吞咽障碍治疗,对照组采用摄食训练、基础训练（口唇运动训练、面部肌肉训练、下颌运动训练）.结果 康复组治疗总有效率达97.5％与对照组（80.0％）比较差异具有统计学意义（x2=22.96,P＜0.01）.结论 冷刺激吞咽训练＋吞咽障碍治疗仪治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍疗效显著,对脑卒中患者的康复有极其重要意义,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To observe clinical effect of cold stimulation swallowing training combined with deglutition disorder therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of swallowing disorder after stroke.Methods 160 patients with swallowing disorder after stroke were divided into rehabilitation group and control group according to the admission time,80 cases in each group.Rehabilitation group was treated with cold stimulation swallowing training combined with deglutition disorder therapeutic apparatus,while control group was treated with feeding training and traditional training （oral movement training,facial muscles.training,jaw movement training）.Result The total effective rate of rehabilitation group was 97.5%,that of control group was 80.0%,with statistically significant difference between two groups （x 2=22.96,P〈0.01）.Conclusion The curative effect of cold stimulation swallowing training combined with deglutition disorder therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of swallowing disorder after stroke is remarkable,which takes a extremely important significance in rehabilitation of stroke,worthy of clinical promotion.
