学院型学科评价指标体系的构建

The establishment of evaluation index system of the academic discipline

学院型学科是学院型医院建设的重要内容。介绍了学院型学科的概念和内涵特征,在此基础上运用德尔菲法和排序法构建了学院型学科评价指标体系,并应用于某医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学的评价,评价结果与学科实际发展相符,学院型学科评价指标体系具有一定的科学性和实用性。

The academic discipline is an important content for the construction of academic hospital. The conception, connotation and characteristic of the academic discipline are clearly introduced in this paper. The research builds the evaluation index system of the academic discipline by using Delphi and Ranking method, and then using it to evaluate the development of an Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. The evaluation index system is scientific and practical, for the result is consistent with the actual.
