摘要
随着国家经济的发展和社会的进步,人民群众就医需求的不断提高,特别是面对当前国家医改还在不断探索前行,分层级医疗模式还不够健全,群众就医选择大医院的格局仍未被打破的现状,第三军医大学西南医院结合自身实际,大胆探索提出"大门诊"建设理念,力求通过赋予门诊新的服务职能,优化门诊服务流程,强化门诊质量内涵建设,打造新的诊疗格局,实现医院创新发展。通过探索实践,医院形成了以门诊为突破口的发展格局,病人满意度得到持续提升,为医院转型发展提供了新的有益尝试。
With the economic development and social progress, people' s medical demands are increasing. Under the environment of healthcare reform, the incomplete referral medical mode and people pours in tertiary hospital, based on hospital situation, Southwest Hospital Affiliated to the Third Military Medical University has built big outpatient service mode which involves adjusting outpatient service existing function, optimizing outpatient process, strengthening outpatient service quality and innovation. By taking outpatient service as the breakpoint, patient' s satisfaction is increasing. The big outpatient service mode has given good experience for hospital transformation development.
