摘要 以JF39-1800M 18000k N闭式四点压力机为研究对象,对闭式四点压力机传动系统三维实体建模,进行虚拟样机仿真研究,可求解滑块的行程、速度、加速度与时间的函数关系,绘出滑块的行程、速度、加速度曲线,省时省力,节约计算成本,提高效率。 Taking JF39-1800M 18000kN straight-side four-point press as an research object, three dimensional entity modeling has been conducted to the transmission system of the straight-side four-point press. The virtual prototype simulation research has been carried on. The functional relationship between time and stroke, the speed, the acceleration of the slide has been solved. The curve of stroke, the speed, and the acceleration has been drawn. The calculation cost has been reduced and the efficiency has been improved.
