摘要
双点压力机时常处于偏载工作状态。通过分析偏载引起的双点压力机滑块的运行精度问题,得出压力机刚度动态特性。对现有压力机结构进行优化,然后对优化前后的压力机进行动态特性测试并比较,证实改进后的压力机提高了抗偏载能力。
The double point press is often under partial load working condition. The stiffness and dynamic characteristics of press have been obtained by analysis of the running accuracy of double-point press cause by partial load. The structure of existing press has been optimized. The dynamic characteristics before and after optimization have been tested and compared. Finally, it is proved that the partial loading resistance of the optimized press has been improved.
