摘要
随着气动技术的发展,电气比例/伺服技术在伺服控制系统中得到广泛应用。本文对国内外现有各类电气比例/伺服减压阀的结构及调压方式作了简要介绍,对比分析了各类减压阀的性能优缺点,总结了各类减压阀的适用场合和选取原则,并结合新型材料和新型驱动方法阐述了未来电气比例/伺服减压阀的发展方向。
With the development of pneumatic technology, electrical-pneumatic proportion/servo technology has been widely used in the servo control system. The structure and pressure regulating mode of all kinds of electric- pneumatic proportion/servo reducing valve existing in China and abroad have been briefly introduced in the text. The advantages and disadvantages of the performance of all pressure reducing valve have been analyzed and compared. The applicable occasions and the selection principle of the pressure reducing valve have been pointed out. The development direction of electric proportion/servo reducing valve in the future has been expounded by combining with new material and driving method.
