摘要 根据某42Cr Mo合金碗形零件的结构及形状特点,对碗形零件挤压缩口成形工艺进行有限元研究,设计了碗形零件的挤压缩口成形工艺方案。通过模拟结果对比分析不断改进工艺方案。最终得出通过多道次缩口成形获得碗形零件的最佳工艺方案。模拟结果表明,通过四道次缩口可实现碗形零件制造,达到零件要求尺寸且缩口变形部位未出现裂纹、褶皱等缺陷,成形效果良好。通过等效应力、应变对其缺陷产生的原因进行分析。此碗形零件缩口系数仅为0.1748,可以为小缩口系数的缩口成形提供理论指导,实现了对缩口工艺的理论分析研究,同时可以丰富缩口工艺的理论。 According to the structure and shape characteristics of the bowl-shaped parts of 42CrMo Alloy,the Finite Element Analysis on necking forming technology of the bowl-shaped parts is conducted.The necking forming process of the bowl parts through extrusion is designed.Through the comparative analysis of the simulation results, technology program is improved constantly. Eventually the optimum technology method by which the bowl parts are made through multi-pass necking forming is obtained.The simulation results show that the bowl-shaped parts with required size and good forming effect can be achieved through the four times necking forming.At the same time, cracks, wrinkles and other defects do not appear.The analysis about the cause of the defects are conducted through the effective stress and effective strain.The necking coefficient of the bowl-shaped parts is only 0.1748, which can provide theoretical guidance for a small necking coefficient necking forming.This study realize the theoretical study on necking process theory and also can enrich the necking process theory.
