摘要 针对运载火箭舱体建造、船舶建造等大尺寸工业构件高精度的测量需求,提出一种基于严密平差的移站闭合测量算法。将不同测站采集的数据进行严密平差处理,以降低移站累计误差,提高整体测量精度,从而保证大尺寸构件的建造精度。实验表明,该算法对误差积累有着较好的改善效果,各测站误差分配均匀,点位整体精度可提升约35%。 To meet the demand for high accuracy measurement of large scale industrial components such as rocket cabin construction and ship building,a closed algorithm for shift station measurement based on rigorous adjustment is studied. Rigorous adjustment processing of data collected by different stations was conducted so as to reduce the accumulated error caused by shifting station, to enhance the overall measurement accuracy, and thus to ensure the construction accuracy of large-size components. Experiment results show that with this algorithm, the error of each station is evenly distributed ,and the average position accuracy is improved about 35% ,greatly improving error accumulation.
