摘要
员工胜任力主要采用自然语言这类感知信息进行表述,人们很难用精确数学方法对员工胜任力行为进行评估。根据员工组成随时间发生变化的特点,以某公司实习员工的全体为论域,采用时变论域、语言动力系统与模糊综合评判相结合的方法对实习员工的胜任力进行动态评估,评估结果以一个词,即模糊集合的形式进行表达。
Because the evaluation of staff competency is mainly expressed by natural language, it is very difficult to evaluate staff competency with methods of conventional mathematical models. In accordance with the variation characteristic of the staff constitution with time and on the basis of the universe composed by the set of all new employees of a company, the discrete time-varying universe, linguistic dynamic systems and fuzzy comprehension evaluation are used to evaluate the staff competency dynamically. The final evaluation results are expressed by words, i. e. , fuzzy sets.
