哈尔滨市生态宜居性动态评估方法研究

Study on Method of Dynamic Assessment System of Ecological and Livable City of Harbin

本文基于ArcEngine的空间和动态分析功能，对哈尔滨市的城市生态环境和宜居性进行了全面的统计和评估。通过一些具有代表性的影响因素，对哈尔滨市的发展和宜居性进行了动态模拟，从自然环境优劣、生活舒适度、生活便捷度、出行便捷度、人文环境优劣五个层面，采用层次分析方法（AHP）建立哈尔滨市生态居住适宜性评价指标体系，提出了不同的评估系统，具有现代人们生活的特点。

In this paper, the ArcEngine space and dynamic analysis based on the city of Harbin City, the ecological environ- ment and the livability of statistics and comprehensive assessment. Through some of the factors that influence the development of representative, to the city of Harbin and the livability was simulated, from the natural environment, living comfort, convenience of life, travel convenience, the humanities environment five aspects, using the analytic hierarchy process （AHP） to establish the Harbin city ecological residential suitability evaluation index system, put forward different evaluation system, has the characteristics of modern people＇s life.
