本文通过文献分析母乳脂肪酸成分确定营养复合油组成,通过检测不同原料油筛选出最符合母乳脂肪酸结构的配方组成为：棕榈油36%~41%、大豆油23%~30%、椰子油10%~13%、玉米油8%~10%、黑芝麻油8%~10%、高油酸葵花籽油5%~8%、亚麻油2%~3%。可以满足婴幼儿科学合理的摄入脂肪。

This article through the literature analysis to determine the content of breast milk fatty acid nutrition composite oil composition, detected by different raw oil filter out the most consistent with the structure of the fatty acids composition of breast milk： 36%-41% palm oil, soybean oil, coconut oil, 23%-30% 10%-13%, corn oil, 8%-10%, black sesame oil 8%-10%, high oleic sunflower oil, flaxseed oil 2%-3% 5%-8%. Maternal and infant can meet the scientific and reasonable intake of fat.
