摘要
双向电泳技术是蛋白质组学研究中最流行的一种技术,是大规模筛选蛋白质差异表达的最佳方法。该技术主要通过等电聚焦和SDS-PAGE相结合的方法,通过等电点和分子量大小对蛋白质进行分离。因其具有方便、快速及良好的重复率和分辨率,是蛋白质组学研究中最广泛应用的技术。本文就其技术产生、原理、影响因素及其在乳酸菌研究中的应用做一综述。
Two-dimensional electrophoresis technology is one of the most popular proteomics techniques, which is the best method for large-scale screening of protein expression. The technology is combined with isoelectric focusing and SDS-PAGE, achieving the separation through isoelectric point and molecular weight of proteins. Because of its convenient, fast, good repetition rate and resolution, it becomes the most widely used proteomics technique. In this paper, its technical production, principles, factors and its application in the study of lactic acid bacteria were reviewed.
