摘要
人乳寡糖作为人乳中天然存在的功能性成分,已被婴幼儿食品产业相关人员所关注。对人乳寡糖的相关研究进行综述,并从专利角度出发,对人乳寡糖的国内外发展概况以及生产工艺和生物功能进行分析研究,为从事人乳寡糖研究或申请相关发明专利的研究人员提供资料。
Human milk oligosaccharides (HMOs) as the natural active ingredients in human milk are concerned by person who involved in the infant food industry. The article presented a summary of the studies on HMOs both at domestic and abroad from the perspective of pat ent, including its synthesis method and its bioactivity. The article can provide data for persons involved in the relevant research.
