全国经济发展大环境下,建筑行业也在迅猛发展。工程造价管理在整个工程项目建设过程中起到重要作用。如何做到工程造价的良好管理,本文进行了系统研究。介绍了工程造价的重点内容,指出了工程造价管理中的常见问题,改善工程造价管理的相关措施。总结工程造价管理策略与常用方法,并将模糊聚类分析应用于工程造价管理中,旨在为工程造价管理工作提供一定的指导意义。

In the environment of national economic development, the construction industry is also in rapid development. Engineering cost management plays an important role in the process of the whole construction project. This article has carried on the system research on how to do good management of engineering cost. It introduces the main content of the project cost, points out the common problems in project cost management, and proposes the measures of improving engineering cost management. The engineering cost management strategy and the commonly used methods are summarized, and the fuzzy cluster analysis is applied in engineering cost management, to provide certain guiding significance for oroiect cost management.
