ABC分类管理法是广泛应用于库存商品管理的一种方法,但其在零售业尤其是中小型超市应用中却存在一定的局限性。文章从传统的ABC分类管理法出发,分析了其在中小型连锁超市库存管理应用中的局限性,根据中小型连锁超市库存的特点对传统ABC分类管理法进行了改进,并结合S超市的应用实践,研究其在中小型连锁超市库存管理中的改进应用。

ABC classification management method is widely used in inventory management, but its application in retail, especially small and medium-sized supermarkets has certain limitation. This article embarks from the traditional ABC classification management, analyzes the limitation of its application in small and medium-sized supermarket chain inventory management, and improves the traditional ABC classification management according to the characteristics of the small and medium-sized supermarket chain inventory, and based on the practical application of S supermarket, its improved application in small and medium-sized chain supermarket inventory management is studied.
