摘要
随着市场经济的发展,网络营销的兴起,企业面临的市场竞争愈发激烈。提高核心竞争力成为企业提升和发展的关键要素。品牌管理作为提高企业核心竞争力的关键手段,越来越受到企业重视。本文以华为公司为例对其品牌管理现状进行了分析,从品牌定位、品牌营销、品牌优势、品牌危机四个方面分析了华为公司品牌管理现状及存在的问题,并提出相应的解决对策。
With the development of market economy, the rise of network marketing, enterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition. To improve the core competitiveness of enterprises has become a key factor for upgrading and development. Brand management as the key means to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, more and more enterprises to pay attention. In this paper, taking HUAWEI company for example to analyze its current brand management, from four aspects: brand positioning, brand marketing, brand, brand crisis, analyzed the current situation and existing problems of brand management of HUAWEI company, and put forward the corre-sponding countermeasures.
