摘要
房地产信托是近年来的一个经济热点。由于我国房地产信托业发展时间短,其管理模式还存在诸多缺陷。通过对比我国2009年REITs试点失败的经验,借鉴国际REITs的管理模式,本文指出2014年REITs试点方案的特点,并提出相应的完善建议,以促进我国REITs的健康发展。
Real Estate Investment Trust is an economic hot spot in recent years. Due to the development of China's real estate investment trust industry for a short time, its management model has many flaws. Through comparison of the failure of REITs pilot experience in 2009, learning from international REITs management model, the paper points out the characteristics of REITs pilot program in 2014, and the corresponding improvement suggestions are given to promote the healthy development of REITs in China.
