摘要
针对新安矿区深部极软岩巷经常发生严重底臌、两帮收缩且折帮、顶板非对称下沉、巷道全断面内缩、锚杆(索)拉断、反复修护的现象,分析巷道破坏特征及原因。设计出了锚杆+金属网+喷浆+反底拱+网壳联合支护方式,即采用锚网喷初次支护,再采用网壳二次支护,主动支护与被动支护相结合,保证岩体强度,控制巷道变形。在该矿+535轨道石门应用后,工程实践表明,从根本上控制了轨道石门的非线性大变形,该支护技术有效地控制了深部极软岩巷道围岩的大幅度破坏,保证了巷道全断面的稳定,取得了良好的技术经济效果。
Aiming at the phenomenon that often occurred in Xin'an mine area deep soft rock roadway, such as, serious floor heave, two side shrink and fold side, asymmetrical roof sinking, roadway reduced full-face, pulled off bolt (cable), repeated repair, and so on, the roadway damage characteristics and causes are analyzed. This paper designed a bolt + metal mesh + shotcrete + anti-bottom arch +reticulated shell combined support network, that is to use the spray anchor net initial support, then apply the reticulated shell secondary support, combining with the active and passive support to ensure rock strength and control roadway deformation. After its application in the+535 track cross-hole, the engineering practice shows that it fundamentally controls the nonlinear large deformation of track cross-hole, effectively controls the substantial destruction of deep soft rock roadway, ensures the stability of roadway full-face, and has made a good technical and economic results.
