莱钢1080高炉喷煤制备工艺的改进与优化

摘要 山钢莱芜分公司炼铁厂通过实施高炉喷煤工艺混煤生产,制备工艺改进及单烧嘴送温技术等措施,提升煤粉综合性能,促进设备稳定,解决工艺缺陷、产能不足问题。应用后,煤粉固定碳达到77%以上,制粉量提升10%。 Shandong Iron & Steel Laiwu Branch Ironmaking Factory implemented the blast furnace coal injection technology mixed coal production, improvement of preparation technology and single burner temperature technology to improve the comprehensive performance of coal powder, promote the equipment stability, solves the process defects and problem of lack of capacity. After the application, the fixed carbon of coal powder achieves 77% above and the quantity of coal powder production promotes 10%.
