价值工程在工程机械差速器拆卸专机设计中的运用

The Application of Value Engineering in Design of the Special Machine for Disassembly of Construction Machinery Differential

高效率的旧件非破坏性拆解技术是再制造技术研究的重要内容。本文以拆卸工程机械中的差速器为研究对象,运用价值工程的原理和方法,对拆卸专机所需要的功能进行分析,建立专机的功能系统,继而结合机械创新方法,得出初步设计方案。最后采用层次分析法和价值分析法相结合,确定最佳方案。

The efficient nondestructive disassembly technology of the old part is one of the important part of research in the remanufacture. This thesis, taking construction machinery differential as object and using the theory and method of the value engineering, analyses the necessary functions, establishes the function system of the special disassemble machine and gets an elementary scheme further coupled with the method of the mechanical innovation. Finally, using the method of the hierarchy analysis and value analysis, it gets the best scheme.
