摘要
在准时制生产方式(JIT)无库存生产方式下,为了提高解放卡车的装配效率,研究了基于生产负荷平衡的混流装配线计划排序问题。以符合选装件选装频率次数最多为目标,建立了总装车间计划排序数学模型。并采用遗传算法验证了该模型的有效性。
In the production mode of Just In Time with None In Stock, in order to improve the assembly efficiency of Jiefang truck, the plan and rank of mixed-model assembly line based on the production load balance are studied. This paper takes the times of selection fitting frequency at the most of options as the goal to build mathematic model of the plan and rank of general assembly shop. And the genetic algorithm is used to verify the effectiveness of the model.
