住宅建筑墙体隔声设计探析——解读新《民用建筑隔声设计规范》之住宅部分

Exploration and Analysis on the Design of Wall Sound Insulation Housing Construction:Interpretation about the Residence Part of the New Design Specification of Sound Insulation about Civil Architecture

随着经济发展,人们生活品质提高,对生活环境的声学要求越来越高。建筑的隔声性能日益受到业主、开发商、设计人员、政府以及主管部门的重视,建筑内声环境已成为目前倍受关注的建筑性能之一。因此从2011年6月1日开始实施的新《民用建筑隔声设计规范》GB 50118-2010中对住宅中的声环境制定了更加严格的噪声标准。本文结合新规范的规定和建筑工程中常用的墙体结构的实验室隔声测量数据,对住宅设计中的墙体选型进行探讨。

With economic development, the living quality of people is improved, and the acoustical requirements of living environment are higher and higher. The sound insulation performance of buildings gets more and more attention of owners, developers, designers, government and competent departments. The sound environment in buildings becomes one of the building performances which is paid close attention to at present. So, the new Design Specification of Sound Insulation about Civil Architecture GB 50118-2010 implemented on June 1, 2011 formulated more stringent standards about the noise of sound environment in residence. Combined with the stipulation of the new standard and the commonly used sound insulation measurement laboratory data of wall structure in constructional engineering, this paper discusses the wall selection of residence design.
