浅析VBSE平台在现代学徒制中发挥的作用

On the Function of VBSE Platform in Modern Apprenticeship System

本文在回顾有关现代学徒制文献和试点案例后发现,寻求并搭建校企合作的"物理"桥梁,创建适合现代学徒制实施的环境是实现职业教育"新常态"的关键。为此,笔者提出打造生产性实训平台,能够有机会吸引企业走进校园,与学校展开试点工作,并且针对经济管理类专业生产性实训平台的建设瓶颈,指出VBSE在实训和社会服务上的作用,能够为现代学徒制在经管类专业中的实施创造有利环境。

After the review of modern apprenticeship literature and test case, this paper finds that, seeking and constructing the ＆quot;physical＆quot; bridge of university-enterprise cooperation and creating the suitable environment for the implementation of modern apprentice system are the key to implement ＆quot;new normal＆quot; of vocational education. So, the author puts forward that to build productive practice platform, it can have the opportunity to attract enterprises into the campus, and have the pilot work with schools. Aimed at the construction bottleneck of productive practice platform of economy and management specialty, the function of VBSE in training and social services is put forward. It can provide enabling environment for the implementation of modern apprenticeship in economy and management specialty.
