摘要
我国文化创意产业和创意城市、文化城市的发展,需要"创意社区"的活力激发和创意导向下的"社区重塑"。创意社区在其本质逻辑上不同于文化创意产业聚集区、创意园区,强调从经济性到社会性、从产业性到生活性、从园区性到社区性、从自足性到开放性、从功能性到多样性等特征转型,"创意社区"为我国城市创意与文化的发展提供了具有充分驱动的新路向。创意社区有助于加强"社会性创意"、升级创意城市构成,探索实践中国城市和文化发展新阶段下的创意更新、社区更新、城市更新、文化更新。"创意社区"的构建有文化社区型、公共场域型、特色区域型、公共服务型、创意集群型等具有典型性和重要性的进路模式。
The development of China's cultural industries, creative cities and cultural cities needs "creative community" to be vibrant and "community remodeling" under the guidence of creation. Unlike the cultural and industry gathering zone and creative park, creative community emphasizes economy to society, industry to living, park to community, the self-sufficiency to the open, function to diversity, providing a fully drived new way for the development of ceration and culture of cities. Creative community contributes to strengthening the "social creativity", upgrading the constitute of creative cities, promotting urban renewal and enhancing an integrated urban development. The construction of "creative community" has typical and important patterns characterized by cultural community, public field, characteristical region, public service and creative cluster.
