On Distributive Justice: Viewing from a Perspective of Political Philosophy

我的《分配正义:从弱势群体的观点看》一文引起了学术界很多同行的关注和批评。对于这些批评文章,我认为最恰当的回应是对自己的观点做出一种更清晰的阐述。基于这种考虑,我将依次讨论关于分配正义的五个重要问题:第一,什么是分配正义;第二,分配正义所依据的原则是什么;第三,我们应该赞同什么样的平等主义;第四,分配正义的原则应该具备什么条件;最后,我们如何来证明分配正义的原则。

Since I published On Distributive Justice： Viewing from a Perspective of Vulnerable Groups the paper aroused a lot of attentions and criticisms from scholars who focus the problems of distributive justice. I think it is most appropriate answer to these criticisms that I make a distinct statement of my ideas on the issue. Based on the consideration, I will discuss five important questions of distributive justice： （1） what is the distributive justice; （2） what principle is the distributive justice based on; （3） what kind of equalitarianism should we agree with; （4） what conditions could the principle of distributive justice has ; （5） how should we justify the principle of distributive justice.
