摘要 2008年以来,为防止钒改进钢(2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V)制加氢反应器出现再热裂纹,钒改进钢焊接材料均采用Gleeble再热裂纹试验确定焊缝金属的韧性储备。为研究Gleeble再热裂纹试验中的部分试验参数对试验结果的影响,对由钒改进钢制成的Gleeble试样进行一次焊接热循环模拟获取热影响区组织后,在不同参数值下进行Gleeble再热裂纹对比试验。试验结果表明,试样取样位置对试验结果影响较小,应变速率的变化对试验结果影响很大,保温时间在达到10 min之后对试验结果基本没有影响,为合理选择Gleeble再热裂纹试验参数提供了依据。 To prevent the occurrence of reheat cracking in the vanadium modified steel (2.25Cr- 1Mo - 0.25V) heavy reactors fabrication, all vanadium modified steel welding materials have to be determined the toughness of weld metal by using gleeble reheat cracking (GRC) test from 2008. To study the influ- ence of some test parameters on the result, the vanadium modified steel specimens should be done the welding thermal cycle simulation test to get a simulated heat affected zone (HAZ) and then done GRC test in different parameter values. The experimental results implies the sampling location has litter effect and the strain rate has great effect on the test results, and the soaking duration has litter effect until the soa- king time reaches 10 min,which provide a basis for reasonable choice of parameters of GRC test.
