摘要
单容罐为目前常见的液化天然气(LNG)储罐类型之一。基于流固耦合方法,采用ANSYS软件对单容LNG储罐罐内液体进行真实的建模,并对运行基准地震(OBE)和安全停运地震(SSE)载荷作用下的最恶劣组合工况的整体储罐结构模型进行了有限元分析计算和结果校核。分析结果表明,该结构形式的LNG储罐满足在地震作用下极限状态的设计要求。
Single containment tank is one of the common types of liquefied natural gas (LNG) storage tanks. Based on the fluid-structure interaction method, liquid in single containment of LNG storage tank was modeled by using the ANSYS software, finite element analysis and results check of the whole tank structure model was carried out under the worst loading combination condition of operating basis earth- quake (OBE) and safe shutdown earthquake (SSE). Analysis results show that the structure of LNG stor- age tank meets the design requirements of limit state under seismic action.
