环渤海地区产业分工与协调发展研究

Research on Industrial Division of Labor and Coordinated Development of Bohai Rim Region

区域产业规划应加强顶层设计,从整体角度谋划地区发展方向,建立具有全国地域分工意义的产业体系是环渤海地区经济结构转型升级的重要内容。依据现状分析—问题阐释—实现路径的研究思路,采用区位熵指数、城市产业专业化指数和职能专业化指数等方法,从省、市两个视角系统分析了环渤海地区产业专业化分工特征、城市专业化水平和职能专业化水平,提出了环渤海地区产业分工与协调发展中存在的主要问题及实现路径。

Regional industry planning should strengthen the top - level design and planning area development direction from the perspective of the overall. It was an important part of the Bohai Rim Region economic structure transformation and upgrading to set up of the significance of regional division of labor in national industry system. This paper adopted the train of thought for studying of analysis of the situation - question description - implementation mechanism and used the method of location quotient index, urban industry specialization index and functional specialization index. Based on the analysis of the industry advantage and urban specialization level and the urban function of the Bohai Rim Region, the main problems of industrial division of labor and the coordinated development and the implementation mechanism was studied.
