金融支持文化产业发展的问题与对策研究——以山东省为例

Problems and Suggestions Research on Financial Support for Development of Cultural Industry——Take Shandong Province as an Example

文化产业作为最富有发展前景的"朝阳产业",正日益成为我国经济发展新的增长点,而作为现代经济核心的金融业应从更高层面、更广范围为文化产业发展提供更加优质有效的服务。但现实中还存在不少问题,有待进一步改善。基于山东省实证分析,指出金融业与文化产业之间存在对接不足、文化产业融资渠道狭窄、市场化程度较低、融资配套机制不健全、金融机构创新不足等问题,并从金融创新、加大信贷支持力度、发挥好信贷资金作用,充分利用各类金融市场、扩大资金来源渠道、加强配套金融服务体系建设、夯实金融支持基础等视角提出调控对策。

Based on the practice mainly in Shandong Province, this paper studied the approaches to the financial support for the development of cultural industry. The data indicated that with the culture industry developing rapid and becoming a new pillar industry in the economical development of Shandong Province, the financial support was gradually playing an important role. At the same time, some problems was still unresolved, such as the deficiency of integration between finance and cultural industry, the narrow financing channel and the low marketization degree of cultural industry, the imperfect financing mechanism, the lack of innovation from financial institution, and so on. This paper suggested that the foundation of financial support should be reinforced by the following approaches to the financial innovation ： Deepening the degree of the credit aid, making good use of the credit funds, expanding the source of funds and strengthening the construction of the supporting financial services system.
