摘要
实践中,企业采取绿色管理行动有着不同的驱动因素和方式。通过诠释绿色管理行动的概念和内涵,分析了驱动企业进行绿色管理行动的外部、内部和内外部协同因素,并总结了企业采取绿色管理行动的法律(浅绿)方式、市场方式、利益相关者方式和活动家(深绿)方式,同时整理了评估绿色管理行动的不同方法和绩效测量的指标。研究发现:随着人们环保意识的提升和生活需求的提高,企业绿色管理行动的驱动因素逐步由外部(法律、顾客等)因素为主过渡到内部因素为主,以企业家精神最为显著;企业采取绿色管理行动的方式也由浅绿方式向深绿方式过渡。
There are many different driving factors and ways in practice. The concept of green management ac- tions has been explained, the internal, external and the combined factors driving corporate green management ac- tions have been analyzed, the ways taking actions have been summed up, including the way of legislation (light green), the way of market, the way of stakeholder groups and the way of activists (dark green). At the same time, the methods and indicators evaluating green management actions have been summarized. The findings indi- cate that the driving factors of green management actions are undergoing gradually transition from external factors to internal factors, particularly the spirit of entrepreneur, and the transition of the ways of taking green manage- ment actions from light green to dark green are taking place.
