摘要
根据假肢制作工艺的要求,对应用于假肢制作的硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的配方、工艺条件等进行了研究,其结果表明:当A,B组分质量比为1∶1.45时,压缩50%时压强达50.4kg/cm2,屈服时压强达28.3kg/cm2。使用方便,其耐压、耐温、修型后的表面平整度符合真空成型工艺要求。
In accordance with the requirements of the prosthetic production process ,we studied the effect of formulation and process conditions on the properties of the rigid polyurethane foam which applied to the manufacture of artificial limbs .The research showed that :when the mass ratio of A ,B component is 1∶1 .45 ,50% compression pressure of the rigid polyurethane foam is 50 .4kg/cm2 ,and the yield pressure up to 28 .3kg/cm2 .Furthermore ,the rigid polyure‐thane foam has good temperature‐resisting and pressure‐resisting and is easy to use ,surface roughness is in line with the requirements of vacuum molding process after repalring .
