The Occupation Ability as a Basis to Improve the Comprehensive Quality of Students of Western Seafarers' Training Base

对于西部地区来说,海员是一个陌生的职业,从事海员工作需具备较高的综合素质。西部海员培养基地在几年的海员培养中,找出了海员综合素质培养存在的问题,本文提出了以职业能力培养为基础来提高海员综合素质的途径。

In the western region, the seafarer is a stranger occupation which needs the comprehensive quality of seafarers. The seafarer training base in several years of training, the problems existing in the comprehensive quality training of seafarers are found. In this article, the approach to improve the comprehensive quality of the seafarers is proposed with the occupation ability training as a base.
