地方高校学生恶意欠费问题及对策

On Local University Students' Owing Tuition on Purpose and Its Countermeasures

目前高校学生欠费现象普遍,严重影响了学校的财务预决算,制约着高校各项工作的运行与发展。从高校学生恶意欠费的现状出发,基于计财处学费管理科的工作实践,分析高校学生恶意欠费的原因及学费管理中存在的问题,并就这些问题提出相应的对策。

University students＇ tuition arrears has become more and more common, which has greatly influenced the college finance budget and restricted the operation and development of college work. Based on the situation of students＇ owing tuition on purpose, the work experience in financial management enables the author to analyze the causes for these arrears cases and the problems of tuition management in university. At last, some strategies for these problems are offered.
