浅探离校未就业高校毕业生的职业指导策略

据统计,2014年江苏省离校未就业高校毕业生达9.5万人,离校未就业高校毕业生的就业工作形势严峻。这既是重大的民生和经济问题,也是重要的社会和政治问题。如何实施行之有效的职业指导,助力离校未就业高校毕业生顺利择业、就业是当务之急。在掌握离校未就业高校毕业生的群体特点、分析当前我国高校职业指导问题与成因的基础上,提出离校未就业高校毕业生的职业指导路径。

According to statistics, the unemployed school-leavers of colleges are up to 950000 people in Jiangsu Province in 2014. The employment situation of unemployed college graduates is grim. This is not only a major livelihood and economy issues, but also social and political problems. How to implement effective guidance, help unemployed college graduates choose an occupation and get a job successfully is the urgent matter. On the basis of grasping the group characteristics of unemployed college graduates and analyzing the current problems and causes of university career guidance in our country, this paper puts forward the vocational guidance path to the unemployed college graduates.
