新形势下增强高校学生就业指导工作实效的思考

在新形势之下,高校学生就业指导工作的开展面临着严峻挑战,就业指导的质量普遍偏低。基于目前我国高校学生的就业基本现状进行分析,明确现代高校学生就业指导工作开展过程中存在的问题,并针对相应的问题提出合理化建议。只有这样,才能够缓解新形势下高校学生的就业压力,推动就业指导工作的可持续健康发展。
