浅谈新形势下依法治校的意义和对策

党的十八届四中全会就全面推进依法治国作出决定,行进在复兴之路上的中国,进入全新的"法治时间"。依法治校是贯彻法治国家基本方略的必然要求,是加强教育法制建设的重要内容,也是教育事业改革与发展实现的重要保障。学校作为教育教学活动实施的一个社会机构是实施教育的主阵地,因此,要实施依法治教关键是要实施好依法治校这个切入点和突破口。文章就学校如何面对和适应新的发展机遇与挑战,谈一谈实行依法治校的意义和对策。
