充分发挥高校班主任作用的工作机制研究

高校班主任是大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人,负有在思想、学习和生活等方面指导学生的职责,在高校大学生思想政治教育工作中具有十分重要的地位,发挥了不可替代的作用。首先阐述高校班主任工作的主要任务和面临的主要问题,继而从培养机制,激励机制、考核机制等方面探讨了班主任工作长效机制,希望对发挥高校班主任作用提供一定的借鉴意义。

University class advisor play a prominent and positive role in university students＂ ideological and polit- ical education. It is important to strengthen the work of class advisors whose job is to give advice to students on their thinking, study and daily life. Firstly, this paper expounds the main task and the basic characteristics and main problems of the class advisor, then from the training mechanism, incentive mechanism, assessment mechanism to ex- plore the long-term mechanism of class work＇, hope to provide certain reference significance for class advisor role.
