浅析高校共青团员思想政治教育“双力”模式

高校共青团的首要任务和使命是加强和促进当代大学生的思想政治教育,培养德智体美全面发展的新一代社会主义建设者和接班人。近年来,我国高校在对共青团员进行的思想政治教育工作方面取得了较好的成效,但由于受历史、社会、客观及主观等各方面因素的影响,当前的高校共青团员思想政治教育也面临很多问题和困难。本文针对上述情况,具体分析了高校共青团目前面临的困难和挑战,阐述了解决高校共青团发展的政策措施,提出"内隐推动力"和"外显引导力"组成的思想政治教育"双力"模式。

The primary mission of the Communist Youth League in colleges is to strengthen and promote the ideological and political education of contemporary college students, to cultivate all-round development of socialist builders and successors of the new generation. In recent years, our colleges have achieved good results in the ideo- logical and political education work on league members. But due to historical, social, objective and subjective factors, the ideological and political education of Youth League is also facing many problems and difficulties currently. In view of the above situation, this paper will make a detailed analysis of difficulties and challenges the Communist Youth League in Colleges is facing. And then it will state the policies and measures of solving the problems of Communist Youth League development, putting forward the ＂double＂ mode composed of ＂implicit force＂ and ＂explicit guidance＂ in ideological and political education.
