摘要
采用超声波-二氧化钛协同作用对玉米淀粉废水进行降解实验研究,考察各参数对降解效果的影响。实验结果表明:超声降解与纳米Ti O2催化剂联合作用时可显著提高玉米淀粉废水的降解率。单独使用超声降解时,超声波频率为45k Hz,功率为180W,p H为4.0,超声反应时间为90min的条件下,玉米淀粉废水的COD去除率为67.4%;但在上述相同条件下,投加700mg/L纳米Ti O2作为催化剂,玉米淀粉废水的COD去除率可达到93.8%。
The effect of ultrasonic process coupling with TiO2 catalyst on the degradation of corn starch wastewater was investigated. The factors of this process on the COD removal rate were also studied. The results indicated that the syner- gistic effect distinctly improve the degradation ratio of corn starch wastewater. The COD removing rate of the corn starch wastewater by ultrasonic process alone was 67.4% within 90 rain under the experimental conditions such as ultrasonic fre- quency of 45 kHz, power of 180W, pH of 4.0. The COD removal rate could surpass 93.8% when 700 mg/L nano TiO2 catalyst were added in the solution under the same experimental conditions.
