摘要
Ti3Si C2是一种新型金属陶瓷材料,集金属和陶瓷特性于一身。文中采用浸渗反应烧结技术制备Ti3Si C2材料,同时对制备试样的性能进行了研究。研究结果表明:当浸渗温度为1550℃,保温时间为20min时,制备试样的纯度为96.1%,气孔率为5.3%;随着试样中Ti3Si C2含量的增多,材料的性能随之明显提高。
Ti3 SiC2 is a new kind of metallic ceramic because they combine properties of metallic and ceramic simulta- neously. Ti3 SiC2 material was prepared using Infiltration-Sintering, and the Performance influence factor of Ti3 SiC2 was analyzed. The results showed that high purity Ti3 SiC2 can be synthesized by infiltration sintering of starting composition of 1Ti/0.3Si/2TiC with holding time for 20rain at 1550~C, the purity of Ti3 SiC2 reached to 96.1% and the porosity was 5.3 %. Flexural performance of the sample will be improved with increasing the Ti3 SiC2 phase.
