摘要
为构建ICM组织人员情况的人力资本网络模型,首先,运用分步分析和模糊综合评价的方法,建立人力资本价值计算模型、基于欧式距离的模糊综合评价法模型和人力资本价值的灵敏度分析模型。其次,使用Pajek软件进行编程,得到ICM组织下的人力资本网络结构图和影响人力资本价值七大因素的绝对大小。最后,针对影响人力资本价值的七大因素进行相对大小排序,得出每一层级分配的员工数对人力资本价值的影响最大、公司的满意率对人力资本价值的影响最小的结论,并针对排序结果给出了相应的企业人才管理优化建议。
In order to build a Human Capital network model of ICM organization's personnel situation using the data provided, we use stepwise analysis and fuzzy synthetic evaluation methods and establish the model of human capital value and fuzzy synthetic evaluation model of Euclidean distance' s calculation. Then by programming of Pajek, we build a three-dimensioned reference frame of VP' s branch. We conclude the seven sensitivity index of human capital value. In ad- ditional to that, we compare the seven sensitivity index' s absolute value. We can draw a conclusion that the amount of employees of each hierarchy has greatest influence on human capital value, while the satisfaction rate of the company has the least influence. At last, we suggest how to optimize the management of talent.
