汉代初期赵国政治管辖权的争夺及其影响

On Competing Zhao's Political Jurisdiction and its Influence in the Early of Han Dynasty

汉景帝所立赵王彭祖,曾利用权术排斥、打击中央委派的国相,致使无人与之相抗衡,这一时期赵国的政治管辖权牢牢掌控在赵王彭祖个人之手。汉武帝主政后主动出手,彭祖虽想方设法维护其政治管辖权,但却被汉武帝一一破解。赵国独立的政治管辖权逐渐被侵蚀,直至完全易手于中央政府。汉武帝争夺赵国政治管辖权的智慧主要体现在四方面:一是利用司法手段打击彭祖的心腹人物;二是收归榷场管理权来削弱其经济实力;三是采用"分而治之"的方式来缩小赵国的行政管辖区;四是利用立嗣手段削弱后继赵王的影响力。武帝时期争夺赵国政治管辖权的斗争,为汉代解决同姓诸侯王国问题积累了丰富经验。

During this period Zhao＇s political jurisdictionhad firmly controlled in the king of Zhao PengZu＇s hand. Emperor Han-Wu in dynasty ruled actively and PengZu had tried various devices to maintain his political jurisdiction. But Emperor Han-Wu had cracked Peng Zu＇s trickery one by one. The independence in Zhao＇s political jurisdiction had been gradually eroded until it changed completely in the hands of central government. Emperor Han-Wu＇s wisdom struggling for Zhao＇s political jurisdiction was mainly reflected in four aspects.The first was the use of judicial means to combat PengZu＇s main characters. The second was the legal authority reverted to weaken its economic strength. The third was the use of dividing and ruling approach to reduce Zhao＇s administrative jurisdiction. The fourth was the use of making inheritors to weaken the influence of Zhao＇s successors. Emperor Han-Wu had accumulated the wealth of experiences to solve problems in the Kingdoms in Han Dynasty during the period of struggling for Zhao＇s political jurisdiction.
