植物DYW群PPR蛋白的研究进展

摘要 PPR(pentatricopeptide repeat)蛋白基因家族是植物最大的基因家族之一。DYW群PPR蛋白参与细胞器转录本的RNA加工,主要功能是编辑,在叶绿体和线粒体的结构形成和功能发挥中起重要作用。主要对拟南芥、水稻、玉米和小立碗藓等植物DYW群PPR蛋白的表型功能、分子功能及其调控机制的研究现状进行综述,为植物线粒体和叶绿体功能及核质互作研究提供参考。 PPR (pentatricopeptide repeat) gene family is one of the largest gene families discovered in plants. The PPR-DYW pro- teins perform editing in the RNA processing of organellar transcripts and play essential roles in structure formation and function exe- cution of chloroplasts and mitochondria. Meanwhile, the current status of the research on phenotype and molecular functions and their regulation mechanisms of PPR-DYW proteins of.4rabidopsis thaliana, rice, corn and physconfitrella patens are reviewed, so as to offer the references for the further researches on the chloroplasts and mitochondria functions as well as nucleo-cytoplasmic interac- tions in plants.
