摘要 目的:分析不同剂量阿托伐他汀钙治疗动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死的临床效果及对血浆脂蛋白磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)的影响。方法选取2013年12月~2014年10月本院确诊收治的100例动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各50例。对照组患者给予常规治疗+阿托伐他汀钙10 mg/d治疗,治疗组患者给予常规治疗+阿托伐他汀钙40 mg/d治疗。观察两组患者的临床治疗效果、血脂、炎症因子Lp-PLA2变化情况,并作对比分析。结果治疗组治疗后的血脂、Lp-PLA2水平改善优于对照组(P〈0.05);治疗组的总有效率为84%,明显高于对照组的66%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);两组无严重不良反应。结论阿托伐他汀钙治疗动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死,不仅能常规调节血脂水平,还能降低炎症因子Lp-PLA2的水平,有较好的临床效果,强化治疗40 mg/d效果更佳。 Objective To analyze clinical efficacy of atorvastatin calcium with different doses in the treatment of atherosclerotic cerebral infarction and its influence on plasma lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 (Lp-PLA2). Methods 100 patients definitely diagnosed as atherosclerotic cerebral infarction and admitted into our hospital from December 2013 to October 2014 were selected as research objects and evenly divided into control group and treatment group in random.Conventional therapy+atorvastatin calcium 10 mg/d were used in control group,conventional therapy+atorvastatin calcium 40 mg/d were used in treatment group.Clinical curative effect,blood lipids and change of inflamma-tory factor of Lp-PLA2 were observed and comparatively analyzed between two groups. Results Blood lipids and Lp-PLA2 level of treatment group was better than that of control group respectively(P〈0.05).Total effective rate of treatment group was 84%,much higher than that in control group accounting for 66%,with significant difference (P〈0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction between two groups. Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of atheroscle-rotic cerebral infarction not only can reduce the level of blood lipids conventional,but also can reduce the Lp-PLA2 level of inflammatory factors,has a good clinical effect,strengthen the treatment of 40 mg/d is better.
