案例模拟演练在提高急诊科医护团队应急能力中的应用效果观察

Application effect observation of case simulating exercise in improving emergency capacity of medical team in emergency department

目的：探讨案例模拟演练在提高急诊科医护团队应急能力中的效果。方法选取2014年4~8月本院的急诊科全体医护人员作为研究对象，对其进行8期案例模拟演练培训，每两期进行一项重大案例的理论培训、案例抢救演示及模拟演练考核，评估培训前后护士长及医生主任的主观评价、客观考核评价、抢救成功率及护理满意度。结果培训后的护士长及医生主任评估结果显著高于培训前，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。培训后医护人员的急救流程、仪器及药物应用、操作技巧、特殊情况处方法等评分显著高于培训前，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。培训后的抢救成功率及护理满意度显著高于培训前，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论案例模拟演练培训能够提升急诊科医护团队的应急能力，从而提升各项抢救成功率，提高患者的护理满意度，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of case simulating exercise in the improving emergency capacity of medical team in emergency department. Methods All medical staff of emergency department from April 2014 to August in our hospital were selected and given 8 tralning sessions of case simulating exercise.Theoretical tralning of serious cases, demonstration of rescue case and examination of simulating exercise were carried out every two tralning sessions.Sub-jective assessment from head nurse and doctor director,objective examination assessment,successful rate of relevant res-cues and satisfaction rate of nursing before and after the tralning was evaluated. Results The assessment result of head nurse and doctor director after tralning was high than that before tralning,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The score of emergency process,instruments and drug use,operative skills and handling methods of special conditions of medical staff after tralning was high than that before tralning,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The successful rate of relevant rescues and nursing satisfaction rate after tralning was higher than that before tralning,with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Tralning of case simulating exercise is able to favorably improve the emergency capacity of medical team in emergency department,so as to improve the successful rate of each rescue and enhance patients’satisfaction nursing,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
