循证护理在外科换药术实验教学中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨循证护理在外科换药术实验教学中的应用效果。方法选取2012年9月~2013年1月本校2011级和2012级护理专业的150名专科生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,各75名。对照组采用传统教学方法,实验组以循证护理模式和护理要求为指导思想进行教学。比较两组的学习积极性与主动性、学习能力、团队合作精神、科研协作能力达标率及期末考试成绩。结果实验组的学习积极性与主动性、学习能力、团队合作精神、科研协作能力达标率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。实验组的期末考试成绩为(85.1±5.1)分,显著高于对照组的(76.2±4.4)分,差异有统计学意义。结论在外科换药术实验教学过程中,采用以循证护理思想为导向的教学方法不仅能够有效提高学生学习的积极性和主动性,还能促进其相关学习能力的提升,加强团队合作精神和科研协作能力,进而提高教师的教学质量和学生的学习,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing on experimental teaching of surgical dressing change. Methods 150 junior college students of nursing specialty in grade 2011 and 2012 from September 2012 to January 2013 in our college were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,75 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional teaching method,the experimental group was given teaching method guided by evidence-based nursing mode and nursing requirements.The rate of reaching the standard in students’learning enthusiasm and initiative,learning abilities,team-work spirit and cooperation ability of scientific re-search,the score of final exam performance in two groups was compared. Results The rate of reaching the standard in students’learning enthusiasm and initiative,learning abilities,team-work spirit and cooperation ability of scientific re-search in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P〈0.05).The score of final exam performance in the experimental group was (85.1±5.1) points,which was higher than (76.2±4.4) points in the control gruop,with significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion In the process of experimental teaching of surgical dressing change,teaching method guided by thought of evidence-based nursing not only can effectively improve the stu-dents’learning enthusiasm and initiative,but also promote the upgrading of its related learning abilities,strengthen team-work spirit and cooperation ability of scientific research,and improve the teaching quality of teachers and students’learning outcomes,which is worthy of expansion and application.
