腹腔镜切口疝修补术术后肠瘘二例 被引量：8

摘要 患者1：患者女,75岁,因腹部切口红、肿、热、痛10 d于2011年10月27日入院。既往于2008年和2009年分别因升结肠癌和右侧卵巢癌行手术治疗。二次手术后3个月出现腹壁切口疝。于2010年8月行腹腔镜切口疝修补术（laparoscopic incisional hernia repair,LIHR）手术。术后2 d腹腔引流管引出小肠液,引流初期50~100 ml/d,逐渐减少,
