基于现代学徒制的校企合作运行机制探究

Exploration on the Operation Mechanism of School-Enterprise Cooperation Based on Modern Apprenticeship

通过校企合作搭建平台,落实现代学徒制,可有效提升职业教育服务区域经济的能力。基于企业和学校两个层面,分析现代学徒制在校企合作中的必要性和可行性,并从加强制度建设、创新运行机制两个方面,提出了基于现代学徒制创新校企合作机制的若干举措。

Building platform to realize modem apprenticeship through school-enterprise cooperation can promote the ability of vocational education to serve regional economy. Based on the two levels of enterprises and schools, the necessity and feasibility of modem apprenticeship in school-enterprise cooperation is analyzed. This paper puts forward some measures of innovating school-enterprise cooperation mechanism based on modem apprenticeship from the two aspects of strengthening system construction and innovating operation system.
