摘要
利用相序图,阐述了无刷直流电机两相三相轮流导通十二状态控制方法。借助Ansoft软件,对两相三相轮流导通十二状态控制法和两相导通六状态控制法进行了仿真分析,仿真结果表明,十二状态控制法,电机相电压更接近正弦波,电流谐波较小。利用75W电机进行了对比实验,实验结果显示十二状态控制法,电机电流接近正弦波形,而两相导通六状态控制法为梯形,十二状态控制法电机性能优于两相导通六状态控制法。
The 12-step congtrol of Brushless Direct Current (BLDC) motors with two-phase stator windings and three-phase stator windings alternating conduction is described by phase sequence diagram . The 12-step commutation control with two-phase stator windings and three-phase stator windings alternating conduction and the 6-step commutation control with two-phase stator windings conduction are simulated using the Ansoft. The simulation results show that the phase voltage waveform of 12-step commutation control is approximatively sinusoidal and the current harmonics content is lower. The contrast experiment is done with the BLDC of 75W power. The results demonstrate that the phase current waveform of 12-step commutation control is approximatively sinusoidal and the phase current waveform of the 6-step commutation control is trapezoidal. So, the the BLDC performance of 12-step commutation control is better than the 6-step commutation control.
